In most cases, yes. If you are coming off the back of treatment or managing a health condition, we recommend getting in touch before your first class so we can point you in the right direction and make sure you get the most out of it.
Pilates focuses primarily on core strength, posture and controlled movement. Yoga brings in breathwork and mindfulness alongside physical movement, with a broader focus on flexibility, balance and mental wellbeing. Both complement each other well, and many of our clients attend both.
All of our classes are small-group, so you will always get plenty of attention and guidance from your instructor.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend bringing a water bottle. Mats are available in the studio.
All classes can be booked online through BookingHawk. You can choose from a monthly block, a flexible bundle, or pay-as-you-go at €15 per class.
