The Studio at ReConnect is a dedicated movement space within ReConnect Physio in Annacotty, designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and lifelong fitness. Our small-group classes focus on Pilates, Yoga, Strength and Mobility, supporting you to move with confidence, reduce pain, and build lasting resilience.

Led by an experienced team — Ciara, Marcela, Katherine, and Mary — each instructor brings their own approach and expertise, creating a supportive environment where every session can be adapted to your level and goals. Whether you’re new to movement or looking to enhance performance, our focus is on sustainable, intelligent training that helps you feel and function at your best.

Classes run Monday to Friday, mornings and evenings, and include Pilates, Men’s Pilates, Chair-Based Yoga, and Flow Yoga. Every programme is designed to improve posture, mobility, and core strength, with options for progression or recovery as needed.
